I really like Padlet for its pure simplicity and core functionality. Essentially it lets you instantly create a webpage canvas which you can easily share with others. Then everyone can add information to it. These could be a way to share and collate ideas on a topic with a class. It is also useful to collate research it is very visual as you can add multimedia and web links. I have used it with classes at the start of a topic to identify prior knowledge and then this is updated by students at the end of the topic. I have used it as a way for students to collate information on their wider reading which is then shared with others in the group. A very neat collaborative tool.
